Start with a complimentary 15-minute introductory fit call. If a paid consultation is appropriate, we agree on one main concern, appointment arrangements and deliverables before you pay.

What the $197 includes

• Review of your preparation answers and brief preparation.
• A focused 60-minute business assessment and discussion of practical recommendations.
• A short written action summary documenting your priority, recommendations and next steps, delivered by the date agreed before booking.

Recommendations within the agreed consultation scope are included. The fee does not include a website, software setup, automation, AI configuration, extensive research, a comprehensive business plan, ongoing coordination or technical support. Those services require separate written scope and pricing.

Prepare without repeating yourself

After the free fit call, we send a brief preparation email. Provide only information missing from your inquiry: your priority, desired outcome, current process, previous efforts, budget or capacity limits, and relevant materials. Short answers and up to three relevant documents or examples are enough to begin. Do not send passwords or sensitive customer records. We agree on a preparation deadline before the session.

Optional additional meeting time

Additional time costs $45 per 15-minute block, subject to availability and your agreement before each extension. One additional block makes the consultation total $242; two make it $287. There is no automatic overtime charge. You may finish at 60 minutes. JMP does not charge extra for its own delay or time needed to complete the promised wrap-up.

Before your appointment

1. Complete the inquiry and attend the free fit call.
2. Confirm the consultation scope, date, time zone, meeting arrangements, summary delivery date, cancellation or rescheduling terms, and payment instructions.
3. Pay the $197 invoice before the paid appointment and send preparation answers by the agreed deadline.

Online checkout is awaiting payment account setup. The inquiry form does not collect payment or confirm an appointment. Travel and on-site arrangements require a separate quote approved in advance.

Pay-over-time requests

The payment preference in your inquiry is a request, not an approved payment method. Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay and Zip are not connected. JMP does not currently offer third-party buy-now-pay-later checkout. For separately scoped projects, ask about payments tied to agreed deliverable milestones. Any third-party financing requires provider eligibility and approval before it can be offered.

Additional services: separate proposal or referral

For direct referrals, the independent provider supplies their own scope, agreement, fees and delivery. For JMP-managed coordination, a separate written agreement defines JMP’s role, subcontractor responsibilities, deliverables and payment terms. No additional work begins without approval. Any applicable referral compensation is disclosed.

Funding, credit and legal support

JMP can help clarify needs and explore resources or specialist referrals. JMP does not issue loans, guarantee funding or credit outcomes, or provide legal advice. Relevant qualified providers supply their own services under separate agreements.

Optional workbook

A separate digital workbook may be offered when ready, with its price and contents disclosed before purchase. It is optional. Your consultation recommendations and included written summary do not depend on buying a workbook.
